The Way International is an I.R.C.§501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with its headquarters located in the U.S.A., and we operate a number of websites including Theway.org. These are the Terms and Conditions that govern each transaction you authorize for donation payment services linked through our website.
Donation Services
Once you select the Give button located above, you will be connected to the secure website of our payment services provider, PayTrace, for Infintech.
All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (U.S.D.) with the SSL Secured 256 bit security method for the transmission of payment data.
Your transaction will be processed through our payment services provider, PayTrace. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation, you authorize PayTrace to request funds from your bank account or credit or debit card provider.
Unauthorized Credit Card Use
If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card or if it is lost or stolen, you must promptly notify your card provider directly.
Your Information
Before your donation can be processed, you must provide your name, address, and the details of the bank account or credit/debit card that you wish to use to fund the donation. Our payment services provider, PayTrace, will use this information to process your donation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided the correct information.

We will not share your personal details with any third party other than is specified in The Way International Privacy Policy.
Refund Policy
We are grateful for your giving heart and donation in support of our organization. Donations are normally nonrefundable. However, if you have made an error in making your donation, please contact us. Refunds will be returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to the same credit card used for the original payment.
If you make an error in your donation, please contact us either by e-mail at giving@theway.org, by phone at (419) 753-1146, or by mail at P.O. Box 328, New Knoxville OH 45871-0328, and a full refund will be made to you.
